Jimdo offers entrepreneurs and microbusiness owners easy-to-use, top-quality digital tools and solutions to help them succeed in today's and tomorrow's economy.
In 2021 Jimdo commissioned Wolf Ollins to redesign the brand identity to increase brand awareness worldwide. However, amid the Pandemic crisis and uncertainty, Jimdo decided to concentrate on the core market, the DACH region, by adopting a data-driven approach, using the data from our research and data teams.
The team established objectives and key results and defined several initiatives focusing on the brand and increased visibility in the DACH region. Among others, we created brand campaigns, expanded the brand guideline, and implemented a system automating project processes.
Our focus: Creating a seamless and unique user experience. At every step of the journey, we conducted further research, ran experiments, user interviews, user journeys, and A/B testing to validate our assumptions and optimize the experience.
