
Hi I am Ana
I am a Design and Creative Director who has spent more than fifteen years working across five continents — leading and shaping creative and product teams from on-site studios in Amsterdam and São Paulo to fully distributed setups across time zones. My practice moves between brand, experience, and culture: the spaces where visual thinking meets organisational change.
I am drawn to complexity — industries in motion, brands finding their voice, teams that need room to grow.
My approach is empathetic and rigorous in equal measure: I care about the people in the room as much as I care about the work on the wall. Purpose, accessibility, and inclusive design are not principles I add at the end — they shape how I work from the first conversation. I focus on end-to-end, data-informed, results-oriented.
Beyond work
Road-tripping into new cities. Cycling, reading, and collecting architecture and cookbooks. Thinking about Victor Papanek and what design owes the planet. Slipping into museums, listening to Nina Simone and Brazilian music. Attempting tennis. Dreaming of Haute-Provence, baking cakes, drinking coffee, and talking to strangers.
